All caviar is stored at −3 to 0°C in our dedicated cold-chain facilities. Shipments are dispatched in insulated styrofoam containers with gel ice packs, maintaining optimal temperature throughout transit. UK orders receive next-day delivery; European shipments use temperature-controlled express couriers.
We supply complete audit packs including SALSA certificates, product specification sheets, full batch traceability records, CITES documentation, allergen declarations, and cold-chain temperature logs. All documentation is available on request.
When stored correctly at −3 to 0°C, our sealed tins have a shelf life of up to 12 weeks depending on species. Once opened, caviar should be consumed within 2–3 days. Every tin is labelled with a production date and best-before date.
