Caviar is a highly perishable food product and must be stored in the refrigerator at appropriate temperature (-3 to Zero Celsius degree is the best temperature to store Caviar) all the time. For “Use By” date look at the bottom of the Caviar Tin or the cap of the Glass Jar. All our Caviar products are vacuum packed and upon opening of the tin or jar, the caviar must be consumed within 2 days.
